Position – Admin / Operations
Preferred start and finish time: 9am -5pm (can be negotiated)
Reporting to Site Supervisor
No Direct reports
The job involves 90% admin type work in the office, and 10% operations work if required (stock takes etc)
You will be looking after 4 key customers, monitoring Inbound / Outbound paperwork and recording information and processing truck paper work. The weekly invoicing and dashboard reporting would also form part of the position.
You will be working with the supervisor to develop standard operating process and procedures for customers, getting involved with new clients requirements, helping to implement our new WMS (Ramco) once it becomes a live project.
Experience with SAP preferred.
This Role will vary as the business is still growing.
Pay: Between $26-28 per hour (depending on experience etc)
